If there's ever a time you can't find me,

don’t worry. I’m doing alright. I'm probably hiding out somewhere counting my blessings, mumbling something about sunshine, wondering how much love I could live in a lifetime.

Oh Leona, what have you done now?

Okay listen 🥺 -

I’m this little evangelist of ordinary things. If something affects me - particularly in a productive or striking way - my deepest, unshakable desire is to share it with someone else (which is why book recommendations are my love language.)

I’m still fiddling with the structure of this newsletter, but it’ll most likely catalog interesting things I’ve processed/researched with light commentary.

Stay up-to-date:

Subscribe if you’d like to get new posts right in your inbox! I have no intention of monetizing this, so you’ll get literally every update *for free*. If too much of my sentimental prattling is off-putting to you, I don’t mind if you just check in every once in a while. Updates are likely far and few between, but I’m glad you’re here.

Other places to find me:

Badly Instagramming at (@lw_chen), anxiously contemplating raising my hand on Clubhouse (@leonawchen), writing & editor-in-chief’ing at TaiwaneseAmerican.org (@taiwaneseam_org) and Bobblehaus (@bobblehaus), within Book of Cord (Tinfish Press 2017), reading at Goodreads, and various other pockets, online and offline.

My new website is leona-chen.com.
